Get the benefits of a full time IT administrator while avoiding the costs of a salaries and training. This service is available to companies located in our Local Service Area and Extended Service Area.

Services included:

We're available any time to talk you through solving problems over the phone. This covers issues with servers, workstations or other networking equipment.

Use of remote control software to diagnose or fix problems. If your network is setup for it, we will use remote control software to perform repairs, administration or configuration tasks, or check on network performance. This beats driving through traffic to come on-site and is effective for solving many problems.

We'll answer all general queries relating to the use of computers in your business. This includes upgrading and purchasing advice via email or by phone if it's urgent.

We'll provide help with network administration and configuration.

The service does not include site visits except as detailed below. Site visits are available as required at an extra cost.

Response Times Guaranteed:

We promise to respond to phone requests within 2 hours during normal business hours- within 12 hours at any other time and to reply to emails within 1 business day. These are worst case response times - most of the time expect us to do much better.

Benefits Accrue over time- as you make consecutive payments. Extra benefits include professional site diagrams of your network, discounts on future site visits, and reduced server rental rates.

The above offers which involve site visits apply to companies located in our local area.
For companies located outside of this, but inside our extended area, there's a $100 charge to cover travel time and expenses.
Beyond this range requires advace agreement of appropriate travel expenses.
You can pre-qualify for the above benefits by paying the required number of monthly fees in advance.

3	Network Diagram	We will provide you with a Network Diagram and update it as things change on the network
5	20% discount on site visits	You get a reduced rate over our standard rates if we run into a task that cannot be done remotely
7	Replacement Server Rental Special	If your server fails in a manner that cannot be resolved quickly, we'll rent you a server for a period of two weeks for $400. This includes delivery both ways plus setup to get your network working as close as possible to normal. Rental is subject to our standard rental terms and conditions If you need more time you may continue the rental at $30 per day
14	1 day on-site visit	No time limit for usage

If you prefer to maintain your local workstations yourself you are welcome to use the top row pricing for your support. We're happy working at whatever support levels you like.

We will support the number of PCs and laptops you enumerate in the support agreement. You are welcome to adjust the numbers over time to suite your needs.
