Shipping Policy
Our shipping charges are based on standard U.S. Mail or U.P.S. rates , which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped.

We offer UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air shipping to all of our customers who place orders to be shipped within the 48 contiguous United States.

Orders shipped outside of the 48 contiguous United States (such as Alaska or Hawaii) may be dispatched via your choice of USPS Priority Mail, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air delivery. These orders may not ship via UPS Ground or 3 Day Select. Also note USPS Priority mail packages cannot be tracked while in transit.

Ground Shipments:
Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours, except weekends and holidays. These orders generally ship out Monday through Friday at around 4:30 PM Eastern.

Express Shipments (Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day):
Express orders are top priority. Express orders for items in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours, except weekends. These orders generally ship Monday through Friday around 2:30 PM Eastern. If an express order is placed before noon Eastern, it usually ships out same day.

Returns Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction with this product. If you are not satisfied with the product in the first seven days after receipt, simply return postpaid for a refund.

Self-Fusing silicone tape is supplied without warranty expressed or implied for any specific purpose or fitness of use. Conditions of usage are totally in your control so the seller (AVATAVA) and the manufacturer can assume no liability or responsibility for the use or misuse of the product including any consequential damages which may occur as a result.
