How to use the Lost Password Service

Use the order form here to tell us the details of what computer you are having troubles with a lost password. We may require some indications that you have a legitimate reason or entitlement to access the computer in question. Once all is in order and payment is arranged, we'll send you details of the files you'll need to download, detailed instructions on how to perform the windows password recovery procedure, and a special number to contact us in case you're in need of help.
You may choose to have us guide you through the process over the phone- or you may attempt to complete the lost password recovery process on your own. It's up to you. When things go as planned, you should find yourself back in in about 30 minutes.
