  • Weekdays: 8.00 AM to 11.00 PM
  • Weekends: 10.00 AM to 10.00 PM
During these hours a real person will answer the phone and this is when we are regularly checking email. Outside of these hours you may be lucky but you shouldn't expect a response between midnight and 7.30 AM. Within our normal hours you may still go to VoiceMail (mobile phone may be out-of-range, on another call, or any of the other reasons calls to cell phones fail). VoiceMail messages are normally delivered within an hour, but recently there have been severe delays, so if you miss us, why not wait 5 minutes and try a second call?

    What does it cost? The following table shows the rates for an "emergency rescue" including being on-site for up to twelve hours. Our local area is generally within an hour's drive and our extended area is up to a two hour drive. Beyond that, you should call us to discuss what's involved in getting to your site.

    Coverage Areas- We are based in Stuart, Florida; a small community located about 30 miles north of West Palm Beach in Martin county. Our local coverage area extends to the north, south, and west roughly 35 miles. Our Extended coverage area goes to a radius of about 125 miles.     What we can do- If you have a clear-cut problem and we are reasonably sure we have the means to fix it, we'll give you a guarantee: We'll get your network open again or only charge our travel expenses

Our rates include working up to twelve hours at your location. If the work is going to take longer to complete, we will need to negotiate the charge.

If we sell you any spare parts or other equipment we'll only charge you the replacement and shipping costs.

If you are more than two hour's drive time from us, we will want you to pay for our travel costs in advance via bank transfer, or a Credit/Debit Card.

If we need to rent you some equipment:

  • The first week's rental is free
  • Servers cost $30 per day
  • Shipping costs are not included
  • We may require a security deposit.
  • We include phone, email, and remote access support for the item up to 30 days following our visit
    What We cannot Do
If your Internet access has failed due to a problem with a LEC circuit or your ISP, this is not in our power to correct. We can setup temporary Internet access using a standard phone line and your local ISP.

If your network failure has resulted in the loss of data which has no backups- we can't bring it back like a magician.
    After-Hours Work
If work at your location is required after normal business hours you will probably want to have an employees remain with us as a "chaperone".

It's your choice, but otherwise you'll need to organise things so that we may leave your building and get back in without setting off your alarms. We will also need access to all rooms that contain network equipment and computers and will require the phone number of someone whom we may call at any time, if information is needed.
